Ömer Bilge Ersoy holds the high honor degree in M.S. Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University. He has taken part in many tech start-ups -specializing in e-commerce, mobile sales automation, web and mobile based gaming services and digital marketing- as founder and partner. 3 years after founding 41? 29! Digital Marketing Agency with his partner Alemşah Öztürk, in 2010 he resigned from his managerial duties to develop games, which had been a big passion of Omer for a long time. Now he spends all of his time at ArcadeMonk and aims to be one of the pioneers of the gaming industry with his young and talented team and innovative projects.

Alemsah Özturk, Co-Founder and CMO

Alemşah Öztürk studied Computer Engineering at Yıldız Polytechnic University. After working as a Creative Director in many marketing agencies, Alemşah founded 41? 29! together with Ömer. Alemşah has more than 150 awarded projects, is a known public speaker and one of the digital marketing gurus of Turkey. He has founded ArcadeMonk, Grupanya and Digital Bureau in 2010, he is one of the Endeavor Entrepreneurs of Turkey and a member of Galata Business Angels.

Cumhur Onat, CTO

Cumhur Onat studied Computer Engineering at Istanbul Aydın University. As one of the youngest serial entrepreneurs of Turkey, he is the co-founder and CEO of Hocam A.Ş. and Mobil İnteraktif A.Ş.

Veyis Dincer, CFO

From 2000 to 2006, Veyis worked as financial consultant to many internet start-ups. In 2006, he co-founded izlesene.com which has become the biggest video network in Turkey and was acquired by Nokta A.Ş. in the same year. Hocam.com and Siz.net are among the other successful Internet projects Veyis has taken a part in. Veyis is the managing partner of Hocam A.Ş. and Mobil İnteraktif A.Ş. as well as ArcadeMonk.
